Divemaster
NDL Divemaster has the right to:
work as a dive guide for certified divers;
conduct introductory dives for beginners according to the NDL Test-Dive program;
assist the instructor in the process of teaching students as an assistant who supervises students underwater;
level up with the Instructor Training Course.
Instructor Rank I
NDL Instructor Rank I is entitled to:
Work as a dive guide (underwater guide) for certified divers.
Conduct trial dives for beginners under the NDL Test-Dive and NDL Intro-Dive programs
Conduct trial trainings for beginners under NDL Novice Confined Water Diver and NDL Confined Water Diver courses.
Conduct NDL Professional Buoyancy Diver course;
Conduct the NDL Medic First Aid course provided that a paramedical first aid training course has been passed by the instructor 2 years ago by latest;
Conduct NDL Nitrox Diver, NDL Equipment Specialist, NDL Advanced Professional Buoyancy Diver, NDL Dive Ranger courses for others if those courses have been passed by the instructor and the relevant instructor specialty has been granted.
If the training process is supervised by NDL Instructor Rank II or higher, NDL Instructor Rank I allow to:
Gain the advanced experience in training and theory grading practice for any amateur course as well as the NDL Divemaster course.
Train divers of any skill in confined water.
Gain the advanced experience in training and skill grading practice both for confined and open water
Upgrade personal skills during the instructor training course.
INSTRUCTOR

Conduct the NDL Medic First Aid course provided that a paramedical first aid training course has been passed by the instructor 2 years ago by latest;
Conduct the NDL specialty courses provided that such courses have been passed by the instructor and the relevant specialties have been obtained;
Monitor and supervise over the diver training conducted by NDL Instructor Rank I;
Upgrade personal skills during the instructor training course.
Instructor Specialist
An instructor who teaches, in addition to basic courses, also specialization courses.
The level assumes that the instructor has significant experience in teaching students in the NDL courses and has participated 2 times in the NDL instructor course as an assistant.

Master Instructor Level 3
The level assumes that the instructor has extensive experience in teaching students in the NDL courses and has participated in the NDL instructor course 3 times as an assistant.

Instructor Level, allowing to train and certify diving professionals up to and including NDL Master Instructor Level 3.

SPECIAL STATUSES
Instructor Examiner
NDL Instructor Examiner status is granted by the NDL central office to NDL instructors for the duration of the exam and means that this instructor can take exams on the NDL instructor course designated by the NDL central office.
Grand Lecturer
The NDL Grand Lecturer honorary status is granted by the NDL headquarters to NDL instructors for their outstanding service to the NDL, as well as for their significant contribution to the development of the NDL.
Magister
An honorary status granted to people who have made significant contributions to the development of scuba diving under the auspices of the NDL.
Grandmaster
Honorary status given to people who have made outstanding contributions to the development of scuba diving under the auspices of the NDL.
Master Instructor Level I
NDL Master Instructor Level I is entitled to:
Work as a dive guide (underwater guide) for certified divers.
Conduct trial dives for beginners under the NDL Test-Dive and NDL Intro-Dive programs.
Conduct trial trainings for beginners under NDL Novice Confined Water Diver and NDL Confined Water Diver courses.

Conduct a crossover for instructors of other international systems whose level of training meets the international standard EN 14413-2 / ISO 24802-2 "Scuba Instructor Level 2" up to NDL Instructor Rank II, as well as other instructors whose level is similar to that of the NDL Instructor Rank II. The possibility of a crossover for an instructor, whose training was carried out NOT according to the international standard EN 14413-2 / ISO 24802-2 "Scuba Instructor Level 2", must first be clarified with the NDL office.
Course Director
NDL Course Director is entitled to:
Work as a dive guide (underwater guide) for certified divers.
Conduct trial dives for beginners under the NDL Test-Dive and NDL Intro-Dive programs.
Conduct trial trainings for beginners under NDL Novice Confined Water Diver and NDL Confined Water Diver courses.
Conduct the NDL Novice Diver, NDL Diver, NDL Professional Buoyancy Diver, NDL Universal Diver, NDL Advanced Universal Diver, NDL Rescue Diver, NDL Diveleader, and NDL Divemaster courses;
Conduct the NDL Medic First Aid course provided that a paramedical first aid training course has been passed by the instructor 2 years ago by latest;
